For schedule caste
- Scholarship will pay those Students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.50.000.
- Scholarships are open to nationals of India.
- Scholarship will be given for the study of all recognized post matriculation or post secondary courses pursued in recognized institution with the following ways.
- This scholarship are not allowed for those training courses like Aircraft maintenance,
- Engineering courses and private pilot license courses and Courses at Training shift Duffering and Training at the Military colleges, Dehradun.
- Candidates who after passing one stage of education are studying in the same stage of education in a different subject e.g. I.S c. after I.A. or B.Com .after B.A. or M.A. in other subjects will not be eligible.
- For scholarship, studies in two professional courses are allow. If the student who after having completed their educational career in one professional line e g. L.L.B, after B.T /B .Ed will not be eligible.
- Students who after passing one phase of education are studying in same phase of education in different subjects e.g. I.S .c. after I.A and B.Com. After B.A or M.A in other subject will not eligible.
For OBC
- Employed students whose income combined with income of their parents/guardians does not exceed 1 Lakhs per annum shall be eligible for post matric scholarship for the extent of reimbursement of all compulsorily payable for non fundamental fess.
- Candidates who after passing one stage of education are studying in the same stage of education in different subjects e.g. I.S c. after I.A. or B.Com. After B.A. or M.A. in other subjects will not be eligible.
- Students who, after having completed their educational career in one professional line, e.g. L.L.B. after B.T/B.Ed. will not be eligible. From the academic year 1980-81, studies in two professional courses allow.
- Students who pursue their studies through correspondence courses are also eligible. The term correspondence includes distant and continuing education
