All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) initiated this PMSS Scholarship. for the students who are domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and Laddakh. The students who have passed class 12th from JKBOSE or CBSE board located in the region of J&K and Laddakh or the students who are diploma degree holders from J&K and Laddakh region can apply for the PMSSS Merit List 2023-24 and can opt for government colleges or any Institutions outside the J&K and Laddakh region.

Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme 2023
The students from J&K and Laddakh who have passed class 12th or who are diploma degree holders has the opportunity to continue their further studies without any financial interruption. The Selected students will receive financial assistance of up to INR 3 Lakh and a maintenance allowance of up to INR 1 Lakh per annum. PMSSS Merit List 2023-24 Some seats are also reserved for the SC,ST, SEBC and PH students.
