Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of this scholarship is given below:

  • Minority Scholarship Maharashtra
    • The applicant must live in Maharashtra.
    • The annual income of the household shall not exceed Rs. 8 lakh.
    • Identify as a Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Parsi or Jew
    • The following programs must be pursued: BPMT, Ophthalmic Assistant, Optometry, PB BSc Nursing, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, BP&O and MSc Nursing.
    • Have enrolled in the course based on their results from the HSC, CET or competitive test.
  • Aikyashree Portal
    • The applicant’s residence must be in West Bengal.
    • He or she must be enrolled in a program approved by the state or federal government’s educational boards, councils or university.
    • The candidate has to have passed the most recent qualifying test with at least 50% of the possible points.
    • The combined annual income of the household must not be more than Rs. 2 lakh.
    • Students have to be members of West Bengal’s Buddhist, Jains, Christian, Parsee, Muslim or Sikh groups.

  • Enter details such as name, district, guardians name, dob, mobile number, email ID and bank account number.
  • Click on the submit button.
  • Enter details about your current school, including its address, name of the class or course, year of last test passing, board name, percentage of marks obtained, yearly household income and email address.
  • Click on the submit and proceed tab.
  • A user ID will be generated.
  • You’ll receive it in your email.
  • Your email address will get the password.
  • You will have to login using your credential.
  • Enter the following details

    • Bank Account Information
  • You can change your password for safety.
  • Click on the submit button.
  • Enter all of the basic information.
