Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP)

Benefits of Google Scholarship Program

The maximum amount of Php 60,000.00 will be awarded to recipients who are chosen for the Education for Development Scholarship Program each academic year till they have finished their bachelor program. 600 individuals who are currently enrolled in the institution as well as 400 new applicants will benefit from this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Incoming Senior High School
    • The applicant’s general weighted average must be at least 80%.
    • The applicant cannot apply with a failing grade record.

Application Procedure

  • You must visit the OWWA Regional Welfare Office that is closest to you in order to apply.
  • After that, you must obtain a queuing number or join the line to apply for an EDSP scholarship.
  • Bring the OFW member’s identification together with the previously mentioned paperwork to the Membership Verification Desk.
  • Proceed there to obtain the Notice of Award and the Schedule of Scholarship Orientation for validation and assessment.
  • Finally, you need to help facilitate the notarization of the scholarship agreement and attend the scholarship orientation.

OFW Dependent Scholarship Program (ODSP)

Benefits

A maximum of Php 20,000.00 shall be awarded to recipients of the OFW Dependent Scholarship Program per academic year for bachelor or associate degree courses at any institution or university. A monthly wage of over US $600.00 cannot be given to OFWs.
