- The applicant must be a resident of West Bengal.
- should have a certificate of completion for the 12th grade with 85% state board and 90% CBSE grades.
- A family’s annual income shouldn’t exceed 3 lakh rupees.
- Must be enrolled in professional courses such as cost accounting, chartered accounting, company secretaryship, engineering, architecture, medicine, science or commerce.
